Obviously, the surest path to greater citizen safety--safety for all ages--is to have the ratio of the armed law-abiding to the scoff-law and crazed parts of the population, as high as possible. Those who do not see that, are merely reacting emotionally to the use of 'buzz words." They totally lack the ability to visualize the actual human dynamic.
