How about a picture of a gravity well (a.k.a. "black hole" - but that's racist) sucking everything into itself and giving nothing in return, not even light.

Socialism and Communism destroy everything in their path, so this would be appropriate.

Actually, in the old vernacular black holes were called “frozen stars.” I doubt physicists and cosmologists will be reverting to that any time soon. Just doesn’t describe what’s going on like the new terminology.
