What has to be done for a background check to get and/or use a rifle?

Would Obama have to show a real birth certificate to be able to buy the rifle he used to supposedly shoot skeet? If it wasn’t his rifle would be be able to lawfully use it?

No. Submitting a birth certificate in order to purchase a weapon is not required in any state. A driver's license is sufficient identification..

Yes. People shoot guns that they don't own all the time. Firing ranges rent them, for example.

Not sure about gun laws up there but from what I read about the photo its a terrible photo shop for a variety of reasons from the phony smoke to the way he holds the gun.
