Evolution teaches that human life evolved first in Africa. The evolution story says that humans migrated from Africa north to Europe and east to Asia. If humans evolved first in Africa, then why aren’t the present inhabitants of Africa more advanced intellectually than Europeans and Asians? Wouldn’t that be logical?

I would suggest you do not use that line of argument.

Social evolution among those in the “environment” of Europe, both social and natural, would allow for a more intelligent race to survive. The social pressures among those in Africa allowed them to survive without intellectual advancement.

This is if you accept a biological difference between these respective races. It is something I do not accept.

This type of difference was thought to be true, and was the basis for the Eugenics movement. A movement that had at it’s roots, the evolutionary belief.

... and thus you’ve stumbled upon the fundamental racism of the Out Of Africa theory. The smart ones left, is what it says when you get right down to it.

The theory gained currency for sociopolitical rather than scientific reasons, imho.
