I would suggest you do not use that line of argument.
Social evolution among those in the “environment” of Europe, both social and natural, would allow for a more intelligent race to survive. The social pressures among those in Africa allowed them to survive without intellectual advancement.
This is if you accept a biological difference between these respective races. It is something I do not accept.
This type of difference was thought to be true, and was the basis for the Eugenics movement. A movement that had at it’s roots, the evolutionary belief.

You don’t have to accept for it to be true.
On average: Asians score 5 deviation points higher than Europeans on IQ tests. Europeans score 5 deviation points higher than Africans on IQ tests. You don’t have to believe it for the scores to be accurate.
