Gerry Studds,a Massachusetts Rat Congresscreature,was found in the 80's to have been bleeping underage (male) House pages up the bleep.He was "censured" on orders of the Rat Speaker of the House.As the proclamation was being read he deliberately turned his back on the seated Reps in a clear,unambiguous display of contempt.

It's hard to see the Rat Senate Majority Leader ordering a "punishment" for Bobby that's *nearly* as strict as the one experienced by Studds.

It was appropriate that Studds (no studd himself) would turn his back on the assembled Congressthings. It was perhaps an invitation to any possible fellow worshippers of the anus.
