We're used to MSNBC's Toure saying outlandish things, but his latest commentary in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is by far the worst. During a segment last week, Toure went on what he called an abortion rant in which he thanked God and country abortion was there to "save him" at a time when taking care of a baby and becoming a father would have been inconvenient for him. He also refers to abortion as a "safety net."

Got that? Toure was willing to end the life of an unborn child so his own life could remain convenient and less responsible. He's proud of it, too. His argument is similar to that of the one made in Salon last week titled, "So what if abortion ends a life?"
I never wavered for a moment in the belief that I was carrying a human life inside of me. I believe thats what a fetus is: a human life. And that doesnt make me one iota less solidly pro-choice.I would put the life of a mother over the life of a fetus every single time even if I still need to acknowledge my conviction that the fetus is indeed a life. A life worth sacrificing.
The good news is, hundreds of thousands of people were in Washington D.C. last week marching for life and sent a message that all life should be cared for and protected.
His God is Molech.
“...he thanked God and country abortion was there to “save him” at a time when taking care of a baby and becoming a father would have been inconvenient for him.”
But the little fairy had plenty of time to screw? Wonder how he would have felt if his dad had the same philosophy?
A: Imagine your arms and legs being cut off and brain sucked out. Yeah, that’s how you would have felt.
What a sick, selfish POS.....I’ll bet his momma and daddy are right proud of him....yessir..
“I would put the life of a mother over the life of a fetus every single time”
I hope that argument was actually about weighing life versus life. Almost always, however, it is the convenience of the mother versus the life of the child, in which case right and wrong are manifest.
So the douche bag is proud some random asshole killed his child.
What a loser. He can’t even help his own flesh and blood.
If only abortion was available to single mothers in 1961...
This, FReepers, is the left. They do not cherish life, and any life that gets in their way is "A life worth sacrificing." You hear it in their comments about NRA members, banker, "the rich", etc. The sooner we as a country realize this, the quicker we can fix the problem.
That is truly one effed-up individual. Wow...
These are the people whom we will someday be fighting. Obviously they have no compunction at all for slaughtering children.
pro-abortion butt-wipe A$$holes like this guy considers unborn babies nothing more than a hindrances to be disposed of. Hey jerk, wait until the child you did keep becomes a teenager, you’ll probably want to kill them too. At least the US has all the illegals babies to help fill the void left by all the killing of the American citizen’s babies.
If Japanese soldiers were still catching babies on their bayonets, these folks would be cheering them on. It makes the crocodile tears they're shedding for the victims of Sandy Hook even more sickening.
He and the baby momma killed his child. The abortionist was merely a facilitator. I can’t imagine celebrating the abortion/annihilation/destruction/murder of your own child.
I highly doubt that God played into it. Not in something like this.
Welcome to Sodom and Gomericah.
He shows no concern over the affects on the baby’s mother. I bet she’s not on TV. Let’s hear from her.
The child unfortunately was unable to comment. :(
Very well said, but then what do you expect from an ignorant liberal?
