If every judge in America decided that infringing on bearing arms was constitutional it wouldnt make it so. The constitution means what says, not what judges say it means. There is no valid difference between Obama making a executive order striking down the 2nd amendment or the USSC doing it. The 2nd Amendment of the Constitution means what the Declaration of Independence says it means.

The declaration of independence does not reference the 2nd amendment either in principle or explicitly. The 2nd amdnement was adopted (along with the rest of the bill of rights) about 15 years after the declaration.
