There’s no loss of integrity for taking money legally offered. The fault is with the offerers. Good business says if you can get 1 million dollars of real estate for 100 thousand you do it. The duty of a business is to maximize profit for investors/ share holders, THAT is their integrity.

Legal is not necessarily moral, and this should be illegal. Is abortion moral? It’s legal.

By your definitions, there’s nothing wrong with taking welfare. But, simply making the government the agent of your theft does not make it right.
