First complete ice core record of last interglacial period shows the climate of Greenland to be significantly warmer than todayThe new results show that during the Eemian period 130,000 to 115,000 thousand years ago the climate in Greenland was around 8 degrees C warmer than today. (about 16 degrees Fahrenheit warmer)
This is a SUPER important result in the literature of “climate change”, “global warming” or CAGW, depending on your point of view. That these guys have been able to publish that we’re not even close to imminent disaster will undercut the alarmists views very effectively.
This all is coming “just in time” given the current administration’s determination to impose carbon taxes or whatever other regulations and restrictions on fossil fuel/ coal power plants during the next few years. This will definitely help.

The Planck response to a doubling of CO2, any doubling btw, for the climate is about 1.2C so they include positive feedback. BUT, the geological record is pretty clear here, delta T precedes delta CO2. We’ll be fine until the next ice age weather wise but we won’t survive the lefties.
The planet has been through a lot worse than us. Been through all kinds of things worse than us. Been through earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics, continental drift, solar flares, sun spots, magnetic storms, the magnetic reversal of the poles...hundreds of thousands of years of bombardment by comets and asteroids and meteors, worlwide floods, tidal waves, worldwide fires, erosion, cosmic rays, recurring ice ages...And we think some plastic bags, and some aluminum cans are going to make a difference? The planet...the planet...the planet isn’t going anywhere. WE ARE!
