And just how will they remove him? --
That's a moot point, considering the Congress isn't much displeased with the president's performance; plus, the president (and Congress) enjoys political popularity with the takers, which comprise a majority of the public.
I foresee the whole lot of them riding the federal government into an ash heap.

Nope. Now the howls are,,,Bush did this so whats the big deal.

“Well, now all the businesses affected by the NLRB can tell the NLRB to f*** off.”
Well, if they do, the NLRB may just send its SWAT team in after them.
(I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually _have_ their own SWAT team!)

To a liberal, telling a LIE is the badge of honor and a resume enhancer.
BUSH, nor any other President in our Republic's 230+ history, declared the Congress was in recess.

Fox White House correspondent, Ed Henry, (formerly of CNN), should have corrected poofter Shepard, but he didnt. Not only didn't he correct Shep, they giggled together. If was revolting! We talk about the low information voter. Fox is part of its continuation, because Shep's show is supposed to be News not commentary!!!

And at this news the market rose 500 points on the Dow?
Any questions about Obama purposefully wanting to destroy our economy through preventing jobs ( look at the Boeing fiasco, NLRB refusing Boeing moving from Seattle to North Carolina, NOW THEY CAN)?
Yes they will continue to operate, but now no one will obey them on anything.

Bush didn’t do it. That’s the point. It’s true that two of the three-judge panel was casting doubt on the whole practice of recess appointments as they have evolved, but Bush and others who used this waited until the legislature actually was in recess.
The legislature was in session even though it was having pro-forma sessions - and was actually doing things, such as working on the payroll tax (IIRC).
Obama simply declared it not in session and went ahead with his appointments, as the third judge on the panel pointed out.

GAG! They giggled together! UGH. I was cooking, so I wasn't actually watching the horrid exchange, (Praise God). It was sickening enough to listen to the rot.
Shepard always makes his opinion known. That's why I quit watching the snarky poofter.

The law school guest lecturer should have known this. either he is incompetent at that job, too, or he knew this was a perversion of the constitution when he did it.
The latter is much, much more concerning. a president that has been proven to take actions that he knows to be unconstitutional has a lot to answer for

Not only should everything these clowns have touched be voided but they were hired illegally. Their wages, bennies, etc should be clawed back. They knew they were committing some version of fraud when they signed on. Taking a personal beating is the only thing that can keep other dumbasses from trying this kind of cheap stuff. And by the way——putting their names out there in boldface should mark them as krooks for life.
