Empty words from Hillary Clinton do not equate to taking responsibility for failure to do her job. If she took full responsibility, she would have resigned immediately. She could have forbidden the ambassador from traveling to Benghazi. She could have pulled us out of Libya.
She could have read her own emails.
Yes! Empty words. How many use that phrase, yet show how meaningless it really is. Sigh.
