Californias Democratic Governor Jerry Brown compared efforts by the California state government to build the first-ever high speed rail project in the United States to the popular childrens story The Little Engine That Could.
Earlier in his remarks, Brown cited high-speed rail projects in countries such as China, Spain, and Morocco as part of the justification for the project in California.

Paging WillieGreen...
The little engine that could... bankrupt California once and for all.
We can hope.

Did he compare these to food stamps? How much dope did he indulge in back in the Linda Rondstat days?
Jerry Brown is insane. His “Little Engine That Could” is really the “Wreck of Old 99”.
He’s bankrupting California like he’s still on LSD, but even when he was off it of, he was still on it.
The whole political system in California should be declared “insane” and a threat to public safety. Straightjackets for all, rubber rooms, padded cells, and no music but “Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka-Dotted Bikini” and “I Will Always Love You” on Muzak, forever.
Bet you didn’t know that the Devil won’t let any Democratic California liberal or leftist in. Even he has some standards.
We all know the story of The Little Engine That Could, It is only fitting that good old Jerry invokes a children’s story, after all he has to speak at the level the media in California and the morons that voted for him can understand! Only a functioning moron or someone with the intelligence of a five year old could vote for Brown, Feinstein, Boxer, Sanchez and all the other incompetent and corrupt Dems that continue to destroy California. The only thing keeping me here is my Mom, God Bless her, once she passes I’m outa here!
fantasy is where Liberals live. the people follow the pied piper of happy talk and endless bounty—they can’t see that they have broken the engine of progress with their mantra of equality for all. That being said—I like the high Speed train idea—just now isn’t the right time for it—Fix the state first—then, lets bring in 100,000 Chinese to build it.
Your solution is fine, but may I suggest the Muzak consist of “It’s A Small World”, instead?
