We have just learned that Reed Exhibitions has decided to postpone the 2013 Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show.
In the days following Reed Exhibitions announcement that modern sporting rifles would be prohibited from the Eastern Sports and Outdoor Show, the leadership of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) has been in intense, frank discussions with Reed Exhibitions management in an effort to reverse this unacceptable decision. These discussions reached an impasse.
NSSF is in no way affiliated with, nor does it participate in or exhibit at this show in any way. Reed Exhibitions does, however, manage the NSSF-owned SHOT Show (though Reed manages the SHOT Show, all SHOT Show decisions, policies and actions are made at NSSFs direction).
Because of Reeds recent actions, NSSF is considering all options regarding the management of future SHOT Shows.
I wonder if Reed manages the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) quarterly shows? I doubt it, there are lots of MSRs on display there, from 5.56mm personal weapons all the way up to 8” crew-fired weapons.
Maybe NSSF ought to look to AUSA for a management company for the SHOT and other shows.
Win, win, win.
This means the vendors will get refunds, the attendees who bought tickets will get refunds, and the right to bear arms has not been infringed.
NSSF. Please FIRE REED ENTERPRISES. They are not AMERICANS, they are not patriots (not corporately), they are quisling PC sychopants who are the tools of the worldwide leftists. Take away their most prominent account, please!
It appears to me that Reed has been fired.
Revenge is a dish best served cold...
It is hard to understand a company that makes a bad decision, it costs them money, and they hard headedly decide to continue in that bad policy.
All they had to do was rescind their former ruling.
You have to wonder who was putting pressure onthem, and then we find that Soros had his nose in this as well as Progressive insurance .
Reed’s announcement is on this website:

I believe they are not speaking their minds. The reasons they give for postponing are obvious bull.
I think the ban on Reed must continue until they are back in England, fighting for the gun rights of their own citizens. Then, and only then should they be welcome back in the Land of the Free.
Not if they're leftists it isn't hard to understand. That's what leftists always do -- when a leftist policy inevitably fails they just figure they didn't ram it in hard enough and a second time with more gusto SURELY will work as their beliefs predict. They (almost) always double down.
From their announcement:
It is unfortunate that in the current emotionally charged atmosphere this celebratory event has become overshadowed by a decision that directly affected a small percentage of more than 1,000 exhibits showcasing products and services for those interested in hunting and fishing.

They still don’t understand that the second amendment applies to all our citizens and is not just those who hunt.
What he said....bloody wankers!
“This means the vendors will get refunds, the attendees who bought tickets will get refunds, and the right to bear arms has not been infringed.”
Reed will also lose all the money they paid out for the venue. This is a big financial loss.
They may also get sued by the vendors who signed up. A class action suit.
Whoever made the decision to ban black rifles should be canned immediately.
“Whoever made the decision to ban black rifles should be canned immediately.”
But at the same time, those groups who have been utilizing Reed to manage their shows of any kind should send the packing! It looks as though they bought out Cahners to get into the US market. We don’t need a bunch of British “wankers” as the last poster said managing anything here whether it’s gun-related or not!
Postponed?
That’s as good as cancelled.
GTFO of my country Asshats..
That wack from progressive is the ugliest women I’ve ever saw. They are off my list forever. They can pound sand.

In other words, it’s all the fault of that small percentage of whimey clingers. Nope, they still don’t get it.
I would love to see ALL the brits go back to their pitiful little moldy island. I’ve had a gut full of them over the years.
“What he said....bloody wankers!”
...........bloody poufters!
