Against a drone? A tank? An infantry platoon?

Yes. I will get a group of my from my neighborhood - many of us are retired military. Do you think an "infantry platoon" will follow an order to attack fellow Americans? Once we recruit them to our cause, we will gain access to automatic weapons, ammo, tanks and artillery.

The 2nd Amendment is in place as much for fighting tyranny as it is to keep the peace. It is allows peace through strength to occur. My gun club has several thousand members, and there are gun clubs all over the place where I live. Everyone I know are peaceful, but are completely willing to fight for their rights.

They don't believe in dying for their country either ...

Well then by all means, go ahead and preach your defeatism.

Leave me alone

Yes I do believe that the US military will attack US citizens. They have been training to do just that. The Iowa Guard has been practicing going house to house hear for a while.

The US military has a long history of firing on civilians. Look at what Patton did to the bonus army.

If I had purchased space there I would likely be talking to a lawyer. Reed caused significant financial harm to a bunch of companies.

It was MacArthur, not Patton and I believe the Iowa Guard has been training for our enemies in Iraq and Afghanistan. If you were training for US citizens, then you have a serious problem in Iowa. But I can see where you are coming from. Iowa is pretty f’d up, nearly equally divided between radical liberals and RINOs, with a handful of rational conservatives.

I completely confident that is not an issue here in South Central PA. I know too many people in the guard and I am sure they would dispute your claims.

Manchin cares if a gun show is postponed? Or why? The businessmen who display their wares care, but Manchin is dancing the Manchurian jig.

The Iowa Guard has been practicing going house to house hear for a while.

The entire US military, that is infantry related, has been practicing going house-to-house for many years! It's because of changing warfare tactics from Iraq and Afgan.

Not to train against civilians!

“Back in the 90s, when K-Mart teamed up with Rosie O’D and Slick Willie and his failed “assault weapons” nonsense, Americans who had shopped there -stopped shopping there.”

” I haven’t been to a K-Mart since.”

Some of the Walmart stores in Texas have stopped selling ammo and “will not be ordering any more.” Anyone else out there been told this? Their Chinese crap is bad enough, but this crosses the line for me. We now shop elsewhere. Maybe it’s time they were ‘K-Marted.’

I know few stores that have ammo in stock in PA, including Walmart. I only buy .22 lr. I reload everything else, but I am unable to fine bulk projectiles anywhere including the Internet. Walmart had some .22 lr when I was last there, but it wasn’t the normal deal that I expect from Walmart. (bulk and low price.) I think Walmart’s problem right now, and everyone else, is just getting stock.

“...Walmart stores in Texas have stopped selling ammo and “will not be ordering any more.”....”

Go for it.

Power of the wallet is a mighty thing. Starve the beast, and the beast withers.

Walmart is huge; but like all businesses, they’re nothing without customers.

Shame that they do this; playing ball with the powers-that-be, I mean. The same powers=that-be that have been demonizing them for being non-union, etc., etc., Guess they forgot.

Which in some situations, would make sense. But the soldiers were told something different.

It was to disarm “domestic terrorists.” The training situation was not one for Iraq.

The Governor shut it down after the news broke.
