under oath, i doubt it, but even if *sworn* would it really matter, as perjury is a toon trait and a badge of honor it would seem...???

in the end, the *review* board evidently determined all of the fault lies with 'assistant SOS and below' leaving the cankles in the clear...all she has to do is spin the p/r for a couple yrs and she'll be good to go for '16...
