I agree but until more conservatives start fighting for the real meaning of the 2nd amendment, the socialists will continue to erode it though incrementalism. We are very far behind in this fight already and instead of fighting to reverse the previous infringements we have let it go happy that they weren't trying to take more. Well here they are trying to take more yet again. What a surprise.

Every federal and state law that infringes upon the 2nd amendment is unconstitutional.

A republican should put forth legislation that repeals all gun laws and removes funding from the previously named ATF.
