No answer because she requested written answers. Her questions were numerous.
Indeed, I remember. The thundering voices, the outrage, when only a piece of scotch tape broke on a door at the Watergate complex, and nobody died. But, isn’t the reaction on Capitol Hill driven by the media, as if the Washington Post and the New York Times were the ones pulling the strings. Outrage in the media first, among the political class second.
God bless you, dearest rodguy911.
I’ll wager she uses the fishing rod!
She’s a beautiful LADY!
Untouchable. She remains untouchable.
Unless something changes very soon, this entire House Hearing as been a total farce and a complete waste of time.
H. Clinton has been allowed to simply run out the clock. We needed hardball questions and interrogation from our side.... we essentially got nothing.
Yes, the Libyans loved Stevens so much, they butt raped him and killed him.
We must respect such cultures, you know.
ROTFL. I bet you’re right about that!
Time restraints! Outrageous!
You’re right.
She is first class.
How come no one is asking her why no help came to Woods and Doherty the rest when they specificially asked for help.WTH is up?
FUNDING, FUNDING, FUNDING...damn Bush, it’s all his fault, stupid wars..f’in b*tch
The Dem’s seem to simply be singing Hillary’s praises and ask a fluff question in order to allow her to run out the clock. This is all about appearing so she can say she appeared and Congress had its opportunity. Don’t know why the Republicans haven’t organized themselves for rapid fire questions - get the answers and stop rambling (even Republicans).
Get her into a dialogue that they control - keep her on point - yes or no questions and don’t allow evasion. The Republican Congressman just talking went on and on - then the question was essentially fluff about being responsible. Big questions need to be answered - who are the survivors? Where are they? Was a stand down order issued? Was request made real time for air support?
Chris Smith(R) from NJ is up. He is a good man.
Doing a good job too. Talking about security upgrades in previous incidents.
You defined taking responsibility during and after the attacks, but what did you do before? What did you do in response for needed security.
If you were close to ambassador, did he ever asked you personally for security? She said no.
She said she was aware of Chris Smith’s work on previous Embassy incidents, but she is insisting it was a funding problem.
And the stupid republican questioners make speeches with a few questions thrown in. Idiots just ask a question we don’t need a history lesson! We want answers. How can Hillary’s answers be called by time limits?
Hillary is intransigent on post event discussion. He tries again. She stutters.
Chris Smith filibustered his own question. Quit talking and just ask the question. We want her on the record — not you.
She just lied.
Yes, but now Brad Sherman.
