MOUNT CARMEL, Pa. (AP) — A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.
Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days but was reduced to two.
Attorney Robin Ficker says Mount Carmel Area School District officials labeled the girl a "terrorist threat" for the bubble gun remark, made Jan. 10 as both girls waited for a school bus.
Ficker says the girl didn't even have the bubble gun with her and has never fired a real gun. He says she's "the least terroristic person in Pennsylvania."

What insanity. When my boys were little, living in the inner city, they wanted to play with toy guns. I told them never to point them at a human and only to play shooting rats. As a teen they discovered a hidden live gun and accidentally pulled the trigger. Thank God they had not pointed it at someone. Oh, and the boy who pulled the trigger is now fighting in Afghanistan.

This has become outrageous. Poor little kid will have her school records blemished for many years. Prayers and my support to the child and for her family. My brothers use to play with toy guns ( along w/ plastic and wooden toy rifles), very often as kids. Stars Wars with lasers; they had too. They would walk around popping the guns in play. Guess, now that would be criminal. Liberalism attacks again.
Its deliberate child abuse with the intended goal of instilling a fear of guns and “authority” into the children.
The schools themselves have become the terroristic threat.
Sue. And use the money to raise your child yourself instead of turning such a precious little girl and such a vital responsibility over to perfect strangers - who obviously don’t give a hoot what harm they do to your daughter.
Bump. Reason 317 to home school your children from day one.
If you can’t home school, at least enroll you child in a school where common sense rules.
I would not allow any child of mine to attend any government-run school ( to incur this brainwashing abuse) to where now they cannot pray or even say the pledge of allegiance to their own country.
This is child abuse, and it makes me very angry. Those cowardly creeps who perpetrated this outrage had better thank their lucky stars that I'm not the father of that child. My reaction to what they did would have landed me in jail.
Unfortunately we need to do a lot more than just take our own kids out of the schools. We’ve got to control and or dismantle the schools and change the curriculum in the colleges that produce these marxist teachers.
If we don’t we’ll produce kids smart enough to know that they’re oppressed by a marxist majority but are powerless to stop it.
I can image how upset the parents are and rightly so. I would be so angry for targeting this little child like this. I hope they sue and move that little child out of there (if they decide to).

If she were older and an actual killer,
especially if she specialized with BOW terror,

she would be given weapons and IDs to murder,

And those thumb-index fingers guns should be confiscated, too.
The suspension itself is domestic violence committed by "school officials" who should undergo psychiatric tests and should never own guns if tests results deem it necessary.
If this were me when I was a kid, I would be doing life
in the pen by third grade. All I got then was three swats
from the principal and she let me pick the paddle.
