So, according to this genius, they can limit the number of rounds in a clip. Doesn’t that mean I just use more clips to load my magazine? This dope should know better.
It’s been quite a while since I got familiarization with an M-16. I seem to remember that once one magazine was emptied it took about a second to release the empty magazine and about two more seconds to slap in a loaded mag. Am I wrong?
