If that is the case, we need to take this seriously that the black community is seriously misinformed about the history of the second amendment and how gun control laws were originally designed to keep them down. It isn’t just some dumb white man’s opinion.

Here in Michigan the first gun control laws were a direct result of Ossian Sweet and his brother being acquitted of murdering a white man who was part of a mob trying to drive them out of a "white neighborhood".
