Former U.S. Attorney General Edwin Meese III declared in an exclusive Newsmax TV interview that President Barack Obama could easily be impeached if he bypassed Congress and enacted gun-control legislation by executive order.
Meese's comments came on the same day President Obama told the White House press corp at the last news conference of his first term that he was reviewing actions, including issuing executive orders, where he could take action without congressional approval to confront gun violence in the nation. Obama said he would present a plan within days.
The options include stronger background checks, a meaningful ban on assault weapons, and limits on high-capacity ammunition magazines, Obama said, conceding that was unsure how such steps could pass Congress.

We have thousands of sluts who demand we pay for their abortions which the Constitution is silent yet the same human debris feels free to INFRINGE on something the Constitution states unequivocally “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”
So no, because a “do not cross” line has not been defined there will be no action and cannot be any action and the damned politicians know it and are laughing at us.

There will NEVER EVER EVER EVER be another US President impeached in any of our lifetimes. Bill Clinton bought them all lifetime immunity by calling the bluff of the GOP Congress. None of them will EVER have the guts to actually pull the trigger (unless it is a Republican President with Democrat super-majorities in Congress...then there’s a shot)
Obama could kill you and me with drones and not be impeached. Republicans are cowards,leftists would cheer our demise and the press would bury the lead so to speak. As for conviction in the Senate that is simply laughable.

I respect Ed Meese. But, he must be going blind, or at least color blind. Obama has pigmentation immunity.

Another impeachment circus dragging on for a year or 2, culminating in an Obama victory, will just about finish the Pubs in the eyes of the American voter. There is NO chance the likes of Reid & Co. are gonna vote to convict Obama. No prosecutor would go to trial with such a tainted jury. Pubs will only look like fools for embarking on such an unwinnable action. And, with Obama winning the impeachment circus, his power will be increased; the executive order question having been answered politically, not legally. All based on a political vote in the Senate the Pubs cannot possibly win.
Folks, if you can't get there from here, don't go there.
The quickest remedy to Obama’s illegal executive orders is a lawsuit challenging them. Let the courts explain the Constitution to Obama, Biden, & the Rats. The embarrassment Obama suffers will finish him politically, & severely curb his ventures outside the law.
Surely, between the Pubs, the NRA, & numerous rights groups, they can flood the courts with lawsuits that even a child can win. Court injunctions can stop Obama in his tracks & encourage Americans to ignore Obama's imperial edicts. Obama is violating basic Constitutional law. If allowed to get away with it by the courts, then, at least, we will know for sure that the rule of law is DEAD!
He’s going to do the 19 executive orders tonight? tomorrow? It takes that many? He’s not piddling around with just one.. He believes he can do this and he will do this. And the Republicans? what will they say/do? He’s calling their bluff.
I am tired of just talking this to death while he takes the laws into his own hands, bypasses our Constitution, dares anyone to stop him.. and is as arrogant as ever.
Is there no one who will stop this tyrant from dictatorship? When will they recognize who he is? When it’s too late?
