Felix Ortiz Democrat- Health professionals in the Dept. of Mental Health will determine whether we are too crazy to own guns and report us to the state police.

So a division of the government will determine if we can have guns from the mental health perspective.

If a person is crazy and he doesn’t have a gun the family will be investigated too.

The information will be confidential ( I really believe that one). He’s claiming it will be confidential, but it’s not in the bill that it will be.
