No. He gave a pass on his golden window of opportunity when he could have easily won the Republican nomination - blaming his decision not to run on his wife.
I think the real reason he didn't run, is that he's a Democrat plant, whose job is to undermine and destroy the Republican brand whenever and however he can.
Only deluded Republicans ever thought that man was worthy of nominating for president. He always knew better.
