That describes original sin we inherit from Adam, and Christ cleanses. This does not describe, or contradict, the makeup of man in the divine image.
While on this topic: one must distinguish evil inclinations, such as homosexual attraction, or propensity to alcoholism, or broken concept of dignity of man. These are very unfortunate, but they are not yet sin. They become sin when a homosexual act is committed, or drunkenness takes over a life, or a murder occurs. It is the job of schools to steer young people away from evil inclinations they may have before they become actual sins. The problem with anti-bullying campaign is not that it, on its face, calls for mutual respect among the children, but that it, combined with the prevailing culture, confirms homosexuality as a lifestyle choice and teaches that that choice — rather than the man erring in his choice, — needs to be respected. That is what is evil about it. However, the fundamental evil of American schools is not that they are places where sexual deviance is promoted, — they are that, but that is merely a consequence. The fundamental evil of American schools is that they do not teach Christianity. It is not more complicated than that.
Oh?
Matthew 5:28
... but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
It is job of schools to EDUCATE, not to indoctrinate.
Parents are responsible for their moral development and *steering* them away from evil.
Schools don't need any more power than they already have.
