The hot new video at MRCTV.org is 1995 footage of Attorney General Eric Holder, when he was the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. In his remarks before the Womans National Democratic Club, broadcast by CSPAN 2, Holder said people should be ashamed to own guns, just the way that cigarette smokes now cower outside of buildings to smoke.
What we need to do is change the way in which people think about guns, especially young people, and make it something thats not cool, that its not acceptable, its not hip to carry a gun anymore, in the way in which weve changed our attitudes about cigarettes. You know, when I was growing up, people smoked all the time. Both my parents did. But over time, we changed the way that people thought about smoking, so now we have people who cower outside of buildings and kind of smoke in private and dont want to admit it. Laughter followed.
The duty to preserve one's life is a God given natural duty, and the right to life is a natural right, and the use of force to defend oneself from having one's right to life violated is a God given perfect duty and a perfect right.
Holder and his ilk should be cowering in some backwater village in a third world hellhole wearing disguises to go to the market.
You're NOT. But since you've been brainwashed enough to believe smokers should cower in shame, it doesn't surprise me that you have fallen for that BS.
For your information, not only do smokers more than cover their own costs through usurious taxes - they are also the ones paying for the health care of kids.
Of course you won't believe me, you are already in the Holder camp on the issue of smokers ( I can only imagine what else you support of his ideas) - so I don't even know why I'm bothering to waste my time.
No, it's not - why can''t you people just leave smokers alone.
Why do so many people around here have to side with the left in attacking abut the only group of people it is politically acceptable to attack?
I can just picture it...
Double Jeopardy: Judge Alex Trebek's TV Court!
Judge Trebek: "You have just been convicted of a heinous crime. Please select your punishment from the following life sentence categories..."
Convicted contestant: "Could I hear some more details about the Peruvian prison and the farm before I decide?"
Hillary most likely turns into an angry drunk late in the evening.
On the bright side she probably passes out in less than an hour.
Thanks yoe.
Which goes to show Americans to not cower in shame when the fascists demonize them. It teaches unthinking hyenas of the ten minutes of daily “hate em” ritual to stop what they are doing in cooperation with the nanny statists.
Love smokers...even if you do not love the smoking habit. Love fat people, even if you do not want to be fat yourself. Love the gun owners, even if you wish to be disarmed yourself. We are all open to being hated by leftists. And if they “progress” on this path, we will all be enslaved and/or murdered by them too. We stick together in love or die in the left’s power base - division and hatred.
We have an emperor in DC, now apparently we have a pope.

Holder is not qualified to lecture on ethics of any kind.
Call me old fashioned (because I am) but I do not expect public servants and politicians of any stripe to deride and humiliate the people that they serve. It shows a complete lack of class and a forgetfullness about who is boss!

Smokers stink. Gun owners, only when the situation merits.
Eric, let me clue you in, armed people don’t cower.
Some of my liberal “Friends” on Facebook are gleeful that their Supreme Leader Chairman MaoBama is taking action.
My response goes something like this:
As you favor dismantling (rather than repealing) the Second Amendment, you might stop to consider that, in doing so, you’re inviting similar unlawful erosion of our First and Fourth Amendment rights in the foreseeable future. If you think that won’t happen, you don’t know human nature, history, and why the Bill of Rights was needed in the first place.
Just a few minutes ago, one of them replied “Bullsh*t!” (without the asterisk). Proving once again that denial is not just a river in Egypt.
I find myself jonesing for a 44 mag revolver lately. I’m also particularly proud to work in a small company where almost everyone is a gun owner, except for quite a few felons. I happened to ask my boss if anyone reloads since 44 ammo is so expensive. He named 3 people off the top of his head.

Check this out.
Hickok45 is one of a very few YouTube posters I’m subscribed to. He’s living the dream, for sure.
As for ammo, you’ve probably seen me buy from Cloverleaf Reloaders. He’s got a couple tables at just about every gun show around these parts.
Or, if you’re in a pinch, check out Midwest Shooting Supply in the strip mall adjacent to Sam’s Club. They’re lately limiting everyone to 200 rounds per day in order to keep their shelves from going bare (another method would be to raise their prices, which they haven’t).
