Radio host Michael Savage calls for 'Nationalist' third party to challenge GOP

Conservative radio host Michael Savage spoke out against Republicans and Democrats alike on Sunday for pulling a "charade" on the American people, and called for a third political party.

"We need a Nationalist party in the United States of America," Savage said on WABC's "Aaron Klein Investigative Radio," according to WND.

The third-most widely heard talk show host, behind only Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity in ratings, explained a new, third "Nationalist" party could focus on "borders, language and culture."

"There is no Republican Party," Savage told talk show host Aaron Klein. "It's an appendage of the Democrat machine, as we've all just seen. It's two-card Monte, as we well know. It's a game being played against the American people. You've got the drunk Boehner on the one side, and the quasi-pseudo-crypto Marxist on the other, who is really just enjoying the ride in Hawaii right now, representing his factions."

I would rather have an individualist party that promotes freedom and capitalism.

Just what we need, another third party. We have so few.

It is a good interview.

Better, though, to have a "nationalist" ('borders,' 'language,' 'culture') wing rise up within the Republican Party (if that is not what the Tea Party actually is), to challenge and oust the elites.

I have never seen a list of names, compiled for public use, of those considered the "Republican Establishment."

We guess at a half dozen of them, but has any one ever compiled an actual list of the people who control the Republican Party at the top, behind the scenes ?

The republican national committee is a good place to start making changes but its hard to get people out to state conventions where committeemen are chosen. Its a sad thing too because its probably the easiest place to make changes with only a few hundred votes.

I propose a 7th party to challenge the GOP. We’ll call it the Pseudo Nationalist Popular Peoples Independence Party. This party will be everything the Republicans aren’t. Mad the GOP doesn’t stand strong on debt? This party is for you. Upset the GOP doesn’t direct enough resources into the “good” government programs that you care about? Then the PNPPIP is for you. Pissed that the Republicans only pay lip service to social issues? Look no further than the Pseudo Nationalist Popular Peoples Independence Party! Young and irritated that the GOP is out of touch because of it’s old uncool positions on gay marriage, abortion, etc? Yup, the PNPPIP is hip and happening and has just the platform that will appeal to the new generations. This party will be so pure it will appeal to conservatives of every stripe!

Yeah because nationalist parties worked so well in the past. When can we occupy the Sudetenland?

I think the time is RIPE for a new party—based upon the goals of the Conservative Tea Party. The GOP has proven itself a failure—They will never win another election. the Peace/Freedom Party has a better chance today. If we are to stop the slide to Communism—a new party must be formed, and formed today.

Democrats will love it, and help in any way they can. I favor a single party. It could screw up 60 years of Socialism in one swift move.

Savage is fed up with the two party system and is saying that the republican party has failed us. There was so much that could have been said and that should have been done that the Republican party failed to do like point out the democrats and those who benefit from Obama and support him get tax breaks and they benefit from the DNC who helps them out of all their policies. So Savaing is saying that the GOP is a bunch of cowards so it is time to create a new party to over take them or challenge them. he noted that it would take several years to create and run well, about 5, he said. But basically he wants a patriotic party who defends the ideals of the founding fathers.

I recommend merger between the Nationalist and Socialist parties. National-Socialist party, kind of has a nice ring to it. ;)
It might even bring in the low information voters.

Thanks, but no thanks, Savage. This is just a shallow and transparent attempt to engineer yet another squeaker victory in 2014 and 2016 for the Demagogic Party.

Partisan Media Shills ping.

Thanks Mozilla.

Funny but that might be what the Democrats change their name to eventually the Socialist party of America.

“Democrats will love it, and help in any way they can. I favor a single party. It could screw up 60 years of Socialism in one swift move.”

Why stop at one new party, if it is such a great idea? Why not two, or three or more?

The left may well advance some funding for the efforts.

The left learned to stop circular firing squads, whatever their differences.

But not the right, who seem to expend most of their energy and resources criticizing each other, instead of criticizing the left.

Then there are those who benefit from the disorder, controversy, on the right. They include online and onair jounalists and commentators. Savage would be an example.

All you Republican apologists can make fun of Savage, but every word in that paragraph is 100% true. Sad, but true.

I don’t mean creating one new party. I mean all the Republicans should join the Democratic Party to form one big party. My reasoning is simple. When polled, Americans are overwhelmingly conservative in their opinions and politics, but a lot of those people are Democrats because they don’t know any better. The Democratic Party is now the majority party, and it is going to remain so, with the Republican Party becoming insignificant nationally. We can’t beat it. Join it, and destroy it from the inside out. Of course, it will never happen, but I like to dream about possibilities that could work. All I want to do is destroy the left.
