I've long said that to a conservative, something is unconstitutional when it runs counter to the plain language of the Constitution, whereas for a liberal, it merely has to run counter to his or her tender sensitivities. That's what makes this list so tragically funny: we laugh at it but to Leftists, it's deadly serious because it exposes why their tender sensitivities should simply not be trusted.
