An administrative worker at Connecticut’s coroner’s office has been placed on paid leave after allegedly allowing her husband to view the body of Newtown gunman Adam Lanza.
Jean Henry, a processing technician at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, could face disciplinary action after the investigation is complete, the Hartford Courant reported. She was still on leave Thursday, sources said.
Henry is accused of allowing her husband, who is not a state employee, to enter a refrigerated autopsy room where Lanza’s body was awaiting a post mortem on Dec. 16. The only people allowed in the autopsy area are authorized staff and some law enforcement personnel, the Courant reported.
During the macabre viewing, Henry unzipped the bag so her husband could look at Lanza, who shot dead 26 people at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14. The couple “openly” went in and out of the refrigerated room and at least one other employee was aware of what was happening, sources told the newspaper.

While i doubt it matters in this case, I would presume that a primary reason for such a rule is the law enforcement chain of custody.
At this point, if there was something that required verification of a mark on his body, there’s no way the state could argue that the mark wasn’t made by this non-government, non-trained person who was in the room with the body.
“Chain of Command” issues play pretty big, I guess.

On the other hand, the husband and wife would be so busted over providing the photos.
Not only would wife lose job and maybe suffer legal issues but Lanza family members would probably sue, too.

Maybe. But if they murder in places like movie theaters or schools they do. Or should.

It would be a little late for someone to come out now and say the saw Lanza do the killing. So in this case, they would be part of it.
I would think a photo might be worth big bucks to National Enquirer.

Hopefully they have video surveillance in the room that would indicate if anything was done to the body.

As she was reunited with her distraught mother, the little girl said: “Mummy, I’m okay, but all my friends are dead”, according to Rev Jim Solomon, a local pastor.
Asked how the child described the killer, Rev Solomon told ABC News: “She saw someone who she felt was angry, who she felt was mad.”
All 14 of her other classmates were killed, leaving police to describe how “there were 14 coats hanging there and 14 bodies”.
The other six first-graders were killed as they made a desperate attempt to flee from the gunman, who was armed with a semi-automatic rifle and two handguns.
That is one of my soapboxes on this whole thing. The freaky skeletal pic they keep showing is supposedly from the school yearbook back when he was around 15 years old as a sophomore. There were pictures that came out from his current Facebook page that showed him as a grown man who had put on weight and had a tattoo or writing on his wrist. The tattoo/writing appeared to be something about "dying" but I never saw where anyone with decent software say what he'd written on himself. There were also pictures of him as a smiling average nice looking teen. But the msm can't have a mass murderer go down in history looking like an average person. Do a search and you'll find the pictures on youtube somewhere.

And “very angry man” does not equal Adam Lanza.
Perhaps you could tell us the parts that are not true beginning with the number of people who died that day.
There are so many questions....so many questions left unanswered.
Maybe the investigation has to be like this at this time and maybe out of courtesy to the families whose children were killed.
I will say that I an totally creeped out by the two photos of one of the little girls. I think her name was Emilie Parker but not sure.
There is a photograph of her and family posed in what looks like a professionally taken Christmas photo. When it was taken I don't know.
Then, she is listed as one of the dead.
Then, there is a picture of Obama with 4 - 5 kids surrounding him. (I know...camera hog). I think that is taken after the killings. But, I don't know. Maybe it was taken before the killings.
At any rate, one of the little girls in the photo with Obama is wearing the same outfit that was worn in family portrait. It looks like the same girl. I am of course wearing the new TIN FOIL HAT I got for Christmas!
WEIRD STUFF.
An accurate time line would be very helpful.
Especially when our rulers are trying to ban big, bad "assault" weapons.

Yep... poor poor Emilie Parker. The cutest of all the victims who just happened to have a FB money grab page set up the day she was “killed”. What better way to tug the heart into giving a few bucks.
I meant: So people could look "at" EVIL up close.
