Obama to use 2 Bibles when he takes oath of office

President Obama is putting a symbolic twist on a time-honored tradition, taking the oath of office for his second term with his hand placed not on a single Bible, but two -- one owned by Martin Luther King Jr. and one by Abraham Lincoln.

The phrase 'swearing on a pack of Bibles' comes to mind. Usually it is invoked by a known liar that is trying to convince us to believe him this time.

The Constitution says the swearing in is on January 20. (20th Amendment, section 1). When January 20 falls on a Sunday, there are always two swearing-ins-- a private one on Sunday and a public one on Monday.

Lincoln didn’t have the disarm the troops before he would address them. Obama isn’t finished gutting the military yet; he has to get rid of the serious/competent troops and replace them with deviants and welfare queens in uniform (butt size XXX large).
