I think she’s been “spaded” quite enough. I believe the word you are looking for is “spay, spaying, spayed”, verb, transitive, to remove the ovaries and uterus (of a female animal).
This is not a defense of Obama, but she has 15 kids, therefore, much of this situation quite obviously predates the Obama administration.
