Why is a 30 round magazine any more dangerous than three 10 roud magzines each of which can be swapped out for the other in a gun in less than a second?
The bullets at the bottom are more deadly than the first 10.
The trick used in CA was requiring a “tool” to remove the Magazine.
Then somebody invented the “bullet button”, which in turn made the Overlords rethink their strategy.
Now, the intent of the “tool” requirement is thought to mean that you cannot have a removable Magazine, but are required to Top Load the Rifle while leaving the Magazine attached.
Then again, it just became Illegal to Open Carry a Loaded OR Unloaded Rifle here in CA. Liberals, like the Terminator, never stop until their mission is completed.
