he said the gop should not fight gay marriage because it is politically inconvenient - he evolved to that point of view
are you one of the women he cheated on his wives with? there must be some reason you are so invested in a liar
and again - my relationship with God has nothing to do with this - and i don't need advice from a hypocrite that calls names instead of commenting on the subject of the post
YOU
are the problem with the right
dumb as an obama voter

Little insults increasing in number in all in your posts. Now run along and find your next rant story but let the reader come to a decision vs posting something not true.

Dude, with respect, I would not touch your junk. But if you need any help, I would still help you out even after the put downs.
I am glad to see you brought up God. I am not for gay marriage/never have been. It's wrong in my view. But I know what the man is saying. States rights allowed those 7/or 9 states do that. He never said he was for gay marriage. What part of common sense do you and the others not get what he said is the truth. You have to accept those states rights. He come around to states rights! O My!

and how do i need your help?
might check that mote in your eye before judging me and offering me help
you are the one hurling insults - i just joined you in the gutter and did an outstanding job of it
he said the gop should not fight gay marriage - those pesky little principle things that newt lacks
your defense of the indefensible does not cut it - newt said to sell out - you might like that - conservatives don’t

Ok, this is a very long interview with many topics discussed but about 8:00 to 8:15 Newt explains his new position that he thinks DOMA should be repealed : “
Republican must face the human circumstances of SS marriage in 9 states and what those married couples must face when visiting the other (41) states where its not legal”Newt "evolves" on gay marriage (FNC Greta Jan 9, 2013)
This was the hero who was going to save us (not me, only the fools) from Romney.

i have never understood how anyone thinks a statute like doma can trump the full faith and credit clause of the constitution - i think it was known by all that it would fall when it reached the scotus - doma was a fake that let both clinton and the gop off the hook on an uncomfortable issue
and of course obama directed the doj to not even TRY to defend it
newt is about as faithful to his principles as he is to he wives

There’always an excuse for this commie dirtbag and Obama boorlicker. Now he is working behind the scenes on Obama’s Cap & Trade law that will destroy the economy. Start coming up with your new excuses for Green Gingrich now. It gets harder and more preposterous every time.
To: HokieMom
Gingrich is not Catholic. He belongs to a religion called Tofflerism.

Anyone who says marriage is a state’s right issue is a liar . If someone marries one person in California ans another in Georgia are they not guilty of bigamy? There is not presidence they aren’t. Busted. Comrade Gingrich is s liar

RE :”

No, not even a NYS gun permit is honored in NYC, it never was. I know this personally. I cant even buy guns in another state.
DOMA was a great law that gave each state rights to enforce their own laws.
‘Full Faith and Credit” my a... You go into a state you follow its laws.
The fools were the ones trying to ban all SS marriage at the Federal level, that is unconstitutional and was never going anywhere.

So... what do you do, those states voted for it. The best step is to work in the majority of the other states to have them not do this. He also said this has made a huge issue in society and the country of how to deal with this. It is not an easy issue. Listen to what he is saying. It has caused problems already to where now they have to fit this into that law. He even said it was a mess. He did not write those laws in those states. I see people are against GM but you have to see the entire picture as he is saying. He said the right thing and said he thought traditional marriage was the proper role of marriage.

i think ‘he’ said vows before GOD - but those don't seem to matter
he also said he offered ‘friends’ to abc to rebut their reporting - but that was another lie
odd that you are so obsessed with calling a stranger on a forum (me) a liar when my facts can't be disputed - but so virulently defensive of a proven liar

So I can marry a woman in New York, then cone to Maryland and marry a wife there? You claim I can legally have 50 wives in the U.S and I haven’t broken a single law?6
To: sickoflibs
Can I have a District of Columbia wife too?
To: nickcarraway
Well that is what the libertarians and some conservatives say and have instilled in our society. I still say thanks in part to that. You want to do anything crowd, you got it. Thank you all because like Newt is saying, it’s here, now accept those laws in those states. They have to now or they can be sued, what do you think any one would say in a public position.
