Newt was damaged goods in the primary. He should never, ever had entered the primary. Because of him, we got Romney rather than Santorum. Now Newt is showing his true colors.
Here we go again, the daily misinterpretation of what Newt did or did not say about gay marriage. Frankly I was far more intrigued with his grasp on what is happening with Congress and Obamas executive orders.
What some call “evolution” is really just a slippery slope on the nation’s moral code.
Change is not always good. Ask the German people if they have regrets about some thoughts on “change” and human genetics.
Ridiculous comment. We got Romney because of vast funds, the GOP, RMSM, and stupid primary voters who kept saying Romney is the only one who can beat Obama. Blah, blah, blah.

My understanding is that the IRS does not allow married/filing jointly for same sex “couples”; so there is really no “marriage equality” as the liberals and their allies call for. The American people especially excel at fooling themselves.
I agree, he’s a smart Constitutionalist. He merely pointed out that 9 States have superceded the DOMA Act (as was anticipated in 96 (?) when Bubba signed it. Stated that the Goobers have to figure out a way to deal with THAT reality and keep themselves viable at the the same time.

You posted a lie/untruth. He only said we have to accept 7 states making a law and he was not supporting this type of marriage. He was giving the Congress smart ideas-guess you haters missed that. State’s rights, what can you do.
Newt was clear, he is against same sex marriage. PERIOD. However, he simply pointed out that nine states, have accepted it as law, thus it is an issue that is evolving with the American people. By the way, Newt has no power, the primaries and election are over, he is no threat to anyone so what is the point?
