The Dreamers will like this after immigration reform gives them the vote.

There should be a single day of voting - only on April 16, the day after taxes are filed.

If Republicans are serious about election reforms, the First thing they have to do is stop New Hampshire and Iowa from having early Primaries..
New Hampshire has open primary’s and allows Democrats to vote for republicans. The New Hampshire Yankees pick the worst candidate they can find for us and load up on him placing all other candidates at a disadvantage. That and the fact that New Hampshore liberal Rino’s who do not vote like the majority of republicans load us up with unelectable candidates.

First Republicans need to fix their own house in this manner, then worry about Early voting, stealing votes ,stuffing ballot boxes, and the military vote. All are important, but first we MUST stop this early New England pimary Bullsh*t. By the time most of us get to vote our Candidate has already been picked by liberal Yankee Rino’s.

Early voting is a misnomer. More precise names would be premature voting, uninformed voting or political machine voting. FRAUD.

Fixed.

As this retiree went to his polling place in rural Preston township hall (Adams county) Wisconsin there were two lines going into to vote. The first was for the voters who were already registered which had no wait. The other which went out the door this cold day and outside. That was the line for same day voter registration.

Now my highly hailed governor,Scott Walker, a governor who has been frequently mentioned as a 2016 candidate, a governor whom I campaigned for (Along with state assembly members whom I helped get elected.) has decided not to pursue election reform.

Reform which the state legislature had passed but has been blocked by curious legalistics by a single judge from SROMW (socialist republic of Madison Wisconsin) and Dane county.

Sadly the regular local organizaton to which I belong to never sends out election results. I don’t know if there were more votes cast than what the census reports lives here. There is no one going through the applications and ballots cast to verify names and addresses. Let alone prosecute fraud.

I’m thinking we should set up some sort of an informal Independent Republican Conservative Precinct movement which would not be afraid to inform the voter exposing the lies and corruption and direction certain politicians are taking and not afraid to call Demo-Coms Godless socialists, or expose RINOS parading under a political banner.

Sure - Reform it back to the way it was and end the politically biased “voter registration drives” along with “motor voter” registration, extended voting and absentee voting (except for legitimate travellers, medical reasons and the military).

One big factor for the current sorry state of the nation is the “feel good” leftist idea that everyone should vote.

Consequently we end up with lazy, ignorant, uninformed and illegal residents voting in droves, usually for whomever the local democrat party points out on the ballot.

If a physically fit citizen can’t make an effort to register on his/her own, if they can’t make an effort to inform themselves of the election laws of their state, if they can’t make an effort to inform themselves of the issues and candidates, if thay can’t make an effort to vote at their polling place on election day, they have not really become a qualified and knowledgeable voter and should not have the vote.

I volunteered for telephone campaigning, and many (uninformed) voters had already voted much earlier than election day. By the time I was able to talk with them, it was too late.
