“How many are first time buyers?

THAT is the key....”

Bingo! One of the reasons ammo prices stayed high (pre-Newtown) was the number of new folks coming to shooting.

On recent trips to public ranges, the number of young and women shooter (apparently new as they were being lovingly instructed by husbands, fathers, brothers, boyfriends, etc.) has grown markedly over the last several years.

Bodes well for weight of arms.

I’m buying a 20 gauge for my wife at the end of this month and taking her out to shoot.

I know she’ll love it, because it’ll be her first.

add to this homes where wives who USED to be “uncomfortable” with their husband’s hobby suddenly stated learning to shoot (and safely) it finally dawned on them SHE has to know how to protect her children from some drug crazed/obamazombie/nutjob.
