in their West Rogers Park home. . . . in the 6400 Block of North Washtenaw Avenue. . . . I grew up in West Rogers Park, in the 6400 block of North Maplewood Avenue--less than a quarter of a mile away! Needless to say, the old neighborhood has changed a bit. The demographics have changed. And there was no crime at all when I grew up there in the '50s and '60s.

I want to know why it took so long for him to be sentenced. Crime committed in 2007, he's not sentenced 'til 2013? When the hell was the trial? I found a story on the murders from 2007 which said he is Assyrian (Christian) who immigrated from Iran. Here's the link to the article:
