I would bet that the reporter has his info wrong, but who can tell at this point?
This line in the Courant article is odd if only the AR-15 was used in the school. Matching casings to magazines? You’d only do that if different weapons and calibers were used.
“More than a week after the shooting, investigators were still finding bullets under doors and in carpets and walls in the school as they tried to match the casings to the magazines.”
The Courant article also says the shotgun could fire 20 rounds.
But again, we are relying on reporters who generally can’t tell a Glock from a Chief’s Special...
