Americans around the nation were shocked Friday as they heard about H.J.Res. 15. H.J.Res 15 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the Twenty-second Amendment. This would remove the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. Rep. José Serrano (D- NY15) introduced the controversial joint resolution on Friday, the second day of the 2013 legislative session.

Serrano has done this at the beginning of each congressional session since the 90s -- even when W was president.

I can't disagree with what you've said...at least for now. A point is coming, however, when the Freebies will stop...it always happens in Utopian Societies. The only people who will become filthy rich are Obama and his ilk.

BTW, to all those “patriots” who stayed home on election night, you own at least part of the mess we're in. Yeah, Romney and Obama are the exact same thing! Pfft!

I hope that your right, that people eventually wake up..but the moochers and freeloaders who are Obama’s base, I doubt they wake up..they wont be satisfied til they take EVERYONE’S wealth.
I did not care for Romney but I voted for him, because as much as I did not care for the guy at least he loves this country, unlike Obama who despises it and wants to shred our Constitution

You make a good point; even in their financial suffering, or in their excess, liberal slugs are never happy. Instead of improving their own lot in life, they take greater pleasure in watching others get screwed, even if they’re getting screwed in the process.

Liberals are truly evil, sick people.

I see the garbage they write on twitter(I know I know, its twitter) before the election..they all came out of the woodwork with their treats against Romney “He better not take my food stamps” thats all they cared about..their food stamps..I bet the majority of them don’t even need food stamps they just scam the system so they can get food stamps then sell them on craigslist to purchase iPhones

Yep!

Too bad these moochers have no shame. The “Greatest Generation” (those still left), must weep at what’s happened to the country they fought for. I’m thankful we didn’t have to depend upon POS Liberals to fight the evil of WWII.

Worth repeating: Liberals are truly sick people.

These moochers already destroyed this country. I dont even recognize it anymore..its not the same country from even 4 years ago..the Socialists and Commies have taken away. I remember a time when Communists never used to admit they were a Communist, now they practically scream it from the rooftops, boy have times changed

It couldn’t apply the current resident and it won’t pass 2/3rds

There was a time I would have agreed with you.

Considering this past election, the idiocy of the voting populace, the sycophantic press, and how many now realize they can profit from promoting the Asshat in Chief, I have little doubt that such a thing could happen.

I weep for my country and my children.

Ex Post Facto...

They would have overturn two clauses in The Constitution:

Art. 1.9
Art. 1.10

Or replace the entire Constitution....

Our current people in power folks don't seem to care about law and no one appears to hold them to it.

That's my point.

What matters the Constitution? Especially when you have no authorities that make you abide by it?
