I noticed from the summary that they didn’t sue because they have a pistol permit, but rather, they were listed as having one when they don’t.
I want a lawsuit from someone who was listed because they *do* have a pistol permit.
I hope the the lawsuits keep coming.

What about a permit holder falsely left off the list? Now the owner lives in fear of being mischaracterized as an easy target.
They can publish gun owners names but they cant publish Obamas college records or his imternational travel as a young man or even the birth certificate that rebuts the forgery that has been publicly circulated or who ordered the Benghazi stand down that got 4 American killed.
F the Media, IMO its only a matter of time until somone takes them out.
I personally know of retired law enforcement officers who’s names were disclosed on the interactive map.

That’s nothing compared to the lawsuit they’re going to get when a battered woman with a restraining order or an ex-cop is killed because they published their names and addresses.
I’m wondering why the journal NEEDS a modern high-speed printing press. When the framers wrote the Constitution, a press was hand-powered and newspaper publishing was a short run business. The framers never contemplated electricity, or the ability to print tens, or hundreds of thousands, or millions of copies a day. The framers never contemplated next day national distribution. The framers never contemplated the Internet or the ability of the government to aggregate private records and to make them searchable in seconds.
