Ryan showed his true colors when he endorsed Romney in order to get the VP slot. If it’s a choice between his personal ambitions and the needs of his constituents, he will choose what’s good for him. As will all the rest.

If Ryan runs for President sometime down the road, I hope voters will remember. Or if they don’t, someone should remind them as often as possible.

I was encouraged initially when Ryan was nominated for the VP position. But after I did some digging on past votes, I couldn't fill in the oval for the R/R ticket. I held my nose for McCain, because of Palin, and was ready to hold my nose for Ryan. But just couldn't do it. Looks like my suspicions were confirmed here with this vote.

This mess is going to take a radical fix. Though I don't like the Paulistanians, I voted for Ron Paul in the caucuses, because he was far enough out there to maybe get a fix to this mess without bullets flying. But the degree of difference between the Ds, and most Rs is close enough that nothing is really changing. And it is going to be an ugly-ass end game to all this. It might be 5 years from now, it might be 10, but it is going to be ugly, and there are going to be people dying. Don't know who, or why. Might be riots in urban areas, it might be prepper areas revolting. The nice thing about an 0bama election is it will happen sooner. I don't want it all to collapse when I am 75 years old. I want to be of an able bodied age when it all falls apart, so I can take care of myself.
