he didn’t make anything permanent. taxes can be changed at any time. he did remove those expiration dates, but that doesn’t mean they’re permanent. you’re implying it’s now illegal to change tax rates or something.

besides, the middle class rates were never really going to go back up. Obama and the dems never would havelet it stand, but the GOP was too afraid to take them on over it and find it out.

You are absolutely right, that taxes can be changed at any time in future. However as the FC law is written there is NO EXPIRATION date. So we will take it. Better than the other option.
