Good for them. Everybody and their uncle has to carry a plastic bottle of water these days. Good grief!
They already do that in selected areas of Cleveland, I believe. Lotsa fines, but the sheeple are filling in line nicely.
Have the Chicoms taken over?

And oil will still be bubbling up out of the earth, making tar pits, and killing baby bunnies.
Nothing on this planet lasts forever but I'll not forced to live in the stone age.
Islam requires that style of living for one purpose, control..
At this moment I would wager there are millions of enviro-Nazis hoping for the chance to work for the huge, new EPA police/army who do nothing but check people's recyclables. Obama and the Obamatons would be more than happy to dissolve our military and replace it with an enviro-army. After all, it's far more important to make sure no one throws away a broken "energy efficient" dim light bulb than we get invaded and murdered by Islamo-fascists.

Oops, thought it was the entire state. Teach me post and not read an article ;D!
If someone said 50 years ago I will make millions by selling people bottles of plain tap water (yes Aquafina is municipal water filtered, distilled and re-mineraled) they would have called them nuts.
