As one of the litigants in Attorney Orly Taitz's upcoming Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) eligibility case (Jan 3, 2013), I have doubts that Judge Morrison C. England, Jr can be objective about removing the Usurper-in-Chief from office. England will be incapable of being fair and honest in this "Soetoro eligibility" matter. I will admit that England was nominated by George W. Bush (on March 21, 2002) for the seat on the Federal bench but I can hardly believe that England is a stalwart GOPer.
I have been unhappy with England in the past. He was the "conservative turncoat" who decided anyone that contributed money to Prop 8 could be "outed" in newspaper articles. The same leftist garbage is currently being pulled back East where names of private GUN OWNERS are being highlighted in the local newspapers. This so-called Judge (England) ruled that it is okay to ridicule and give out names and addresses of those that contribute to anti-gay causes and campaigns.
See: http://www.sfgate.com/default/article/Judge-won-t-limit-disclosure-of-Prop-8-donor-list-2326456.php
Judge England disregarded Supreme Court rulings that allowed the NAACP and the Socialist Workers Party to conceal their membership or contribution lists after encountering public hostility. But the anti-gay patriots were not allowed the same status. Thus, I do not feel kindly towards Mr. England.

Already talked about it.
Quote from the case, where they found him to be a "natural Born Citizen."
In any event, he is also on the Advisory Committe to a group called "Americans for Constitutional Citizenship," which advocates, among other things, that children born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents should be considered citizens of the U.S. That is in direct contradiction to the original meaning and intent of those who created and passed the 14th Amendment.
He also wrote an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal, again advocating for citizenship status for the children born here to those who violated our immigration laws to get here.
He's also on the Advisory Council for a group called "ImmigrationWorks USA" which states, in part, that they want to counter what they call the "restrictionist right." It appears that they are more concerned with finding jobs in the US for foreigners, than for citizens.
Back in 2008, he even wrote an article titled: "Lets abolish unjust barrier to presidency" (a pdf of the original newspaper article) in which he argues that the "natural Born Citizen" requirement for president is "unfair, if not un-American."
Etc.
The guy is clearly anti-natural Born Citizen Constitutional requirement, and his opinions show it.
“Already talked about it.”
Oh, right. Wong Kim Ark. You’re one of THOSE after-birthers.
Not really. I’m just someone who actually respects the Constitution, instead of just saying I do, and who took what the birthers were saying seriously enough to read stuff like that court case and see whether what they were saying made sense. And who also understands that literally no one who matters (including people like Mark Levin) has said there’s any reason to give any credence to all the birther stuff.
Which is actually about as relevant at this point as all the folks who said George W Bush plotted 9/11.
