Anybody that has 5 million and above are not paying taxes anyway...that money is in a trust. Think farm land, land and other assets, it's not just about money (cash) when you wind up on the wrong side of dirt.

Trusts avoid probate. But they only avoid estate taxes up to the gifting limit.
Sure raise the estate tax, "smart guy".

So, if a farmer dies and leaves his farm to his kids, his kids will owe uncle same 40% of the total value of the estate. Isn’t that right? So, some heirs would have to sell the farm in order to pay the estate tax planned to rise to 40% if 0bama gets his way..
