I recall Obama sending budgets. They go down with no support. Reid is the problem and I am sure Obama is pushing him to be the problem.

And Republicans will again line up to give their stamp of approval for another $2-3 trillion of newly printed money so that the Dems can win another election.

The easiest solution here is to remove the Senate from this process. I think they have no real function left now except to show up on TV or approve cabinet members....otherwise, they have zero value in government.
