Why would any Republican vote to confirm Kerry?
They all know of his record. His record is abominable. Lies Cowardice, Traitor, Treason, War Criminal, Commie Lover, liberal trash, little rich boy, what he didn’t inherit he married in to.
Any Repuiblican who votes for Kerry should get a ride out of Washington on a rail.
Kerry is going to be confirmed. Collins has already said she would vote for him and McCain will also. All they need is a handful of other votes.
Most if not all Republicans will vote to confirm Kerry because he is a member of The Club. Senate Collegiality and all that rot. I suspect Obama and Reid will try and use this to abolish the hold and the filibuster.
