Interestingly enough, it was a black teacher who put a black student into ISS (in school suspension)for harassing a white student about Romney support at my daughter’s high school. When word of it got around, the problems diminished noticeably according to my daughter and some of her friends.
I don’t know where you got this information. The second bolded sentence in the post says differently.
