It just would not be right for California to finish off 2012 without one more designation as being the worst at something. Our state seems to receive several of these each year: one of the worst legal climates, the state with the worst government, the worst place to do business, and now, we are the #1 Judicial Hellhole in the nation.

Don’t forget we are #1 in having LITTLE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATIC FREAKS, w/glasses, running around like lunatics SHOUTING THE SKY IS FALLING, THE SKY IS FALLING

Why do businesses continue to try to operate in CA? Time to pack up and leave. Maybe put a nice banner explaining why in the window when they leave.
Obama and the Dems have to nationalize their socialism (scary; sound familiar?) to prevent the exodus of capital (both money and brains) from the high-tax toilets to more business-friendly states; the states’ rights have to be quashed (as with ObamaCare) so these inequalities with tax rates can be centrally controlled/manipulated.
Tish, Tish! Tomorrow were all going out on the great Mayan tidal wave. Don’t worry about it :)
Californicate. Who’s surprised?
