Silvio Berlusconi sought to draw a line under his "bunga bunga" parties when he announced he was engaged to his girlfriend 50 years his junior, who makes him feel "less lonely."
In a wide-ranging interview aired on the talk show "Domenica Live" on his Canale 5 TV network, the 76-year-old billionaire said he was engaged to Francesca Pascale, his 27-year old girlfriend.
"Finally I feel less lonely," Mr Berlusconi said. "I am engaged to a Neapolitan, it's official.
"She is 27 years old, with very solid values, beautiful on the outside and even more beautiful on the inside. "She is very close to me, she loves me very much and I feel the same. My daughter Marina appreciates her and loves her very much too."

I used to laugh watching the People’s Court when the proverbial parade of older guys would be the plaintiff and have that “deer in the headlights look” when they found out that their young hottie girlfriends took them for everything they had saying: “It was a GIFT!” How these rich older guys can deceive themselves into thinking that these model types are really in love with them!!! As Mark Twain said: “It’s easier to deceive someone than to convince them they’ve been deceived.”

Just what I was thinking. We can both be thankful that we’re not billionaires, and don’t have to fend off such women. No harsh noses for me!
I once had a very wealthy friend ($100M+) who had been married to five of the most gorgeous women you can imagine.
The last time I spoke to him he was down to his last few mil and had been forced to sell the mansion in Bellaire.
I asked, “Sandy, have you learned anything?”
He looked a bit resigned and bitter. But then he brightened and offered this wisdom, “If it flies, floats, or f**ks, RENT IT!”
